Just left from getting new tires, tire sensors, new key fab, alignment and oil change . I worked directly with the assistant manager Greg. He was so helpful, kind and honest. Everything seemed to be very fairly priced and reasonable. I got my car in and out on a Saturday without an appointment without any issues or delays. I will definitely be coming here moving forward. It really was a one stop shop. The absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a tire/car mechanic shop. 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!!!

I could not be happier with the service here! Greg and Jim were very kind and professional at the front desk. I went to the wrong location for an appointment and they were still able to fit me in and get all my brakes completely redone with an oil change as well. Thank you Jon as well! If you want a solid auto service to go to, this is the spot. Cannot thank these guys enough.

I went into this establishment about 2 1/2 weeks ago to get an alignment and a tire replaced. They talked me into getting 4 new tires a rim and then an alignment. They charged me about $900 for their work. They were very friendly, but as far as customer service and making me feel comfortable as a customer is something that I didn’t experience. Not only did I feel uncomfortable, calling to check up on my car but when I picked up my car, not only was a deadbolt missing but they very briefly explained what they did to my car without mentioning the fact that they destroyed my engine on the test drive that they did. I have cameras in the backseat of my car, so I was able to see how it was handled. So I paid $900 for an alignment that wasn’t fixed because it’s still veering off to the right. I tried to call and explain this to multiple people, but Again, just like how I was calling to check up on my car. They were very short with me and very disrespectful and rude. I came into their shop with no engine problems and now I can’t even drive my car.. I will be pushing this as far as I possibly can because I pay for quality work and I don’t expect to be pushed to the side or have a half job. I work hard for my money and I’m pretty sure they do to. I don’t appreciate the position that they’ve put me in. I am a single woman and I live in the state by myself and it doesn’t help when I’m being taken advantage of my voice isn’t being heard about my own vehicle. They are not educated on what they are Presenting to their customers, and they are not very Informative. I came in with a Tire issue and left with an engine issue …Would not recommend.

I had great service here a couple weeks ago when I need all four of my tires replaced. Nader was so nice and he answered any questions or concerns I had! He offered a Lyft so I could get home and didn't want to wait, and also a ride back, to pick up my car. The place is clean, professional, and makes you feel very taken care of. I went in for a simple mail in the tire. The gentleman that assisted me was very polite. I felt reassured that they could handle this minor job. After and hour and a half wait, the job was completed. As soon as I left, the truck was driving rough. However, I was late to an appointment and couldn’t return immediately. As I was driving I thought I’d check my tire pressure through my dashboard screen. My appropriate tire pressure for my vehicle is 35 lbs. The tech filled my repaired tire with 41 lbs ???!! How does this happen? Their accuracy was very disappointing. Worse part, when I called back to let them know.. I got a “Thanks for letting us know, I’lll let the guys know” … I’ll stick to taking my truck to the dealer …. I was in a crunch, but obviously made a poor decision. Ramona Tire, you greatly disappointed me !

I stopped in with no appointment for a quick mount and balance for my spare tire. Randy and the entire team made me feel absolutely welcome and made it quite apparent that they put the needs of their customers first. From their welcoming (and speedy) service, they promptly earned all business from me that they could offer. Thanks for taking care of a gal in a hurry and for making it such a great experience, guys and gals! You all are awesome!

I’ve taken my car here a few times. Tires and brakes. They’ve been easy to deal with, good at communicating and on time. My most recent trip was for brakes on 1/4/24. I dealt with Nader Shahin. He was great. Very friendly. Very professional. Like he actually cared for the job, the company and the customer. They found a couple things that needed addressed, but I couldn’t afford them this trip. No judgement or hesitation. Did everything that was agreed to and was super easy to work with. I’ll be back.
